    1. Estimates are valid for 14 days from the time of issue, unless agreed in writing with us. Please check your quotation for the exact period of validity.

    2. Any change to the scope of the requirements, including a change to any stated assumptions or customer dependencies, may result in the quotation being made invalid. Should this occur, an updated quotation will be issued to replace the previous version.

    3. Prices and eligibility can change at any time.


  1. Price and Payment

    1. The price for the Services shall, unless otherwise agreed, be the price identified by Us to You and set out in at the time of the initial consultation and clarified in writing.  

    2. Indicative prices may be published on the website.

    3. The price for the Services shall be displayed exclusive of Taxes, which are the Buyer`s responsibility.

    4. We reserve the right to make an additional charge for last minute or repeatedly cancelled / postponed meetings.

    5. Payment shall not be deemed to have occurred until we have received cleared funds.

    6. Any additional charges unknown at the time of the undertaking of work, will be charged at the time when such fees are understood.

    7. You may only cancel your order by agreement in writing by Stone Worthy. To cancel any order, you must inform us of such cancellation in writing and await full acceptance from Stone Worthy.

    8. These Terms and the relationship between you and Stone Worthy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of the State of Illinois and Stone Worthy and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Lake County, Illinois.
